Item missing and incorrect item in order

I can't tell you how I liked Eloise because I didn't receive it. I received cozy which i didn't order and no m'am was missing. I did receive the 2 witches brew. I contacted you through both email and Instagram and no response. Very disappointing. Hoping to hear from you.

Never received it

I never received the Eloise serum gloss.

Missing product

I ordered the lip oil and the serum gloss but I never received the gloss, even though my delivery receipt says I did. I sent an email to request the product or a refund and never got a response. I wanted to like the brand and the products but I’m annoyed. The oil is not bad though.

10/10 gloss

this gloss is so pretty & so sparkly i LOVE it. it’s also super lightweight not sticky at all!! i recommend this to anyone looking for a sparkly clear gloss.
