Where is my order?
-Once your order has shipped you will be provided with a USPS tracking number and link via email and/or text. You can track your items through this link. Please note, we cannot control the shipping time. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase, but we are unable to control the United States Postal Office shipping times. We are provided with the same tracking information as you, but we will do our best to get the items to you promptly and safely. For issues concerning a lost package or longer shipping times, please contact your local post office.
What do I do if I have a broken or faulty product?
-We are happy to replace a broken or faulty product within 30 days of purchase- customer satisfaction is the most important. Please email us through the 'Contact Us' page with your order number as well as pictures of the issue and we will be happy to help you.
Will I get a refund after 30 days of purchase?
-We are happy to help resolve any situation, but we are unable to provide a refund after 30 days of purchase.
My order says it has been delivered but it is not here. What do I do?
-We are happy to help resolve any situation, but we are unable to provide any additional tracking information, as we have the same amount as you. When this happens, please reach out to your local post office or use this link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm to report your missing package. All orders are covered with $100 worth of insurance and it is the duty of USPS to ensure your package gets to you. Usually when this happens, the package is easily found through a postmaster and delivered within 1-2 days. However, if you encounter any issues after going through this process, please reach us through the 'Contact Us' page and we will be happy to help.
**CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE
If a customer enters the wrong address, even with the purchase of two or more glosses, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of the mistake. Thank you for your understanding.
