very disappointed that this is the second time i did not receive my order and when you reach out to customer service its radio silence. I gave the benefit of the doubt and reorderded only to check the status as paid but unfulfilled.

Product feels nice on lips but gloss packaging is not good. After 2 weeks the product leaks out of the packaging and got on the inside of my bag, not cool. I wiped off and product still leaks out. Bummed
